So I made this pie toward the end of March. I didn't get a whole lot of pictures, but this pie was absolutely mouth-watering. Pretty simple too (once you get the hang of a latticed top).
Bumbleberry Pie Filling
2 c sliced tart apples
2 c diced strawberries
2 c blueberries
3/4 c sugar
2 T flour
2 T cornstarch
1 T cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Mix this all together, plop it in a pie crust, lattice the top and bake at 425 F for 20 minutes, then 375 F for another 40.
Also, April is Food Coloring Month. FUN!
